Baseline Health is a functional health testing service operated through Metamorphic Strength & Conditioning. We use advanced laboratory panels from NutriPATH Integrative Pathology to give you objective, data-driven insight into how your body is actually performing.
Why We Exist
Standard pathology tells you if you're sick. It doesn't tell you how well you're functioning.
There's a significant gap between “within range” and genuinely optimal — and that gap is where most people live.
Functional testing closes that gap. By measuring hundreds of markers across nutrition, metabolism, hormones, and the microbiome, we can identify imbalances long before they become clinical problems.
Every test includes a written results summary with personalised recommendations — your markers reported against functional optimal ranges, with practical next steps. It's real testing with clear, actionable guidance, not a raw spreadsheet to decode.
How It Works
You order online. We handle the lab request, kit dispatch, and sample logistics.
You follow the preparation guide, collect your sample at home (or visit a local pathology centre if a blood draw is needed), and send it back.
Once results are in, we send your written summary with personalised recommendations. Want a deeper walkthrough? A 1:1 practitioner consultation is available as an optional add-on — book it at checkout or once your results arrive.
All testing is conducted through NutriPATH Integrative Pathology, an accredited Australian laboratory specialising in functional and integrative testing.
